In the Presidential Department, IT division, we are looking for you as an IT Supporter (m/f/d) from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Helpdesk organisation
• 1st level support for standard hardware and software
• Installation and maintenance of specialised applications
• Telephone support (MS Teams)
• Creation and maintenance of templates (CMI and Primedocs)
• Interface between contractors and administration
• Hardware and software inventories

Your profile

• Training in the field of IT
• Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Primedocs including templates would be ideal but is not a requirement
• Basic knowledge of CMI
• MS Office 365
